M&E Officer (deadline: 02 Mar 2018)

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer is central to the mission of the organization. You will be responsible to help design and deliver M&E services for programs in East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, East Africa, North Africa, the Sahel and Europe, as well as internal M&E within the organization. You will work on critical issues, including social inclusion, CVE, security/justice, migration, human trafficking and modern slavery. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on projects for internal and external stakeholders. Strong candidates have several years of M&E experience in conflict-affected and developing countries, and a passion for the work. Seefar is highly organized and requires the ability to use online software effectively. You should have strong English writing skills and a writing sample, and enjoy working in a high-performing team environment (most meetings on Skype). Seefar employees are spread all over the world, and you can live wherever you like. The role will require annual travel opportunities. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Director of Services (deadline: 19 Feb 2018)

We are looking for an exceptional and visionary leader to join our team as the  Director of Services. This role is part of the Executive Team, Seefar’s highest level of management. The Director of Services has responsibility for applying Seefar’s technical skills in strategic communications, research, counselling, consulting, and monitoring and evaluation, to the highest standards, so that our people can deliver impact around the world. The ideal candidate will excel at working with people and is a highly organised, efficient and autonomous individual with the capacity to handle our expansion as we transition from a start-up to a mid-sized Enterprise. Your work will shape Seefar’s services and processes in all the countries and regions where we work. You can live wherever you like and frequent travel will be required.
