Seefar is looking for a psychologist to support livelihoods, counselling and commercial sexual exploitation (CSE) related project on the ground in India. You will assist in the production of counselling training materials, training of lay counsellors and act as a referral point for complex cases. You will engage with beneficiaries, stakeholders and enjoy being a valued member of the Seefar team. You will have demonstrated clinical experience, preferably gained in the development sector; have thematic experience on, and a strong interest in, CSE survivors, GBV and trauma; be a natural communicator and always responsive; You have complete fluency in English and either Bengali or Marathi. This position is based in India, ideally in Mumbai or Kolkata and is for an initial 50 days over a 12 month period.
The Project Manager in India has responsibility for coordinating livelihoods, counselling and commercial sexual exploitation (CSE) related projects on the ground. You will recruit, train, supervise and lead a team under the guidance of senior leaders at Seefar. You will be the local face of the project, manage field implementation, as well as engage with various stakeholders and enjoy being a valued member of the Seefar team. You will have demonstrated project management experience, preferably in the development sector; have thematic experience on, and a strong interest in, CSE or livelihoods; have management experience; be a natural communicator and always responsive; be results and quality driven; and have complete fluency in English. This consultancy is based in India, ideally in Mumbai or Kolkata and is for an initial 12-month contract.
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager is central to the mission of the organisation. You will be responsible to help design and deliver MEL services for programmes specifically in India. You will work on critical issues, including human trafficking and commercial exploitation of children. This position is based anywhere out of India, but preferably in Kolkata with frequent travel to Mumbai. This is a full-time position for two years.
The General Manager will lead The Ethical Recruitment Agency’s office in India. This role has responsibility for managing the TERA Officer and well as ethically recruiting Indians to work abroad in the United Arab Emirates and other destinations, with priority placed on ensuring that TERA’s ethical practices are effectively implemented. You will be based in Lucknow, UP, India.
