Seefar is putting out a call for CVs to add to our roster of Quality Assurance Editors. We are looking to fill three positions with 1-year consulting contracts, working on an assignment-by-assignment basis. It is expected that you would provide a quote/estimate prior to any assignment, with options for daily, hourly or page-rates.

Job description

• Provide proofreading services for materials such as reports, communications products and technical documents. If needed, proofread designed/layout version in pdf.
• Revise documents according to Seefar Style Guide.
• Ensure correct spelling and appropriate use of words with correct grammar and syntax, and consistent style and format throughout the document.
• Consistent positioning and numbering of boxes, figures and tables.
• Ensure all footnotes, sources, and references are complete and consistent.
