Empowering Informed Migration Decisions at Scale
Every year, millions of people - driven by conflict, climate, or economic hardship - face a life-changing decision about whether to migrate, often with incomplete information, and limited support or alternatives. In 2025–2026, Seefar worked to close that gap. Across more than a dozen countries, Seefar worked on two interconnected fronts: creating real alternatives to irregular migration through referrals to job opportunities, and coaching and counselling to help them succeed. The conviction driving all of it was the same: people make better choices when they are informed, heard, and enabled to shape their own futures. This year put that conviction to work at scale.
The impact stories in this Annual Report reflect what’s possible when people whose choices are narrowed by conflict, displacement or poverty gain the confidence and skills to seize opportunities and build purposeful lives. Seefar has built the methodology, the technology, and the trust to make that happen - drawing on deep operational experience, and a conviction that when people have the agency to choose, they can build better lives.
Across more than a dozen countries, Seefar delivers programmes tailored to local contexts while addressing global challenges. From migration and protection to livelihoods and social inclusion, our projects help people make informed choices and access new opportunities.
