You’ll help us place over 200 highly skilled professionals from Nigeria with Irish and German companies. Right now, there are major shortages in critical science, technology, and engineering sectors in Ireland and Germany – and small and medium businesses are finding it especially hard to hire. There’s talent available in Nigeria. As our Nigeria recruitment partner, you’ll help to disseminate job opportunities, identify and assess talent, train migration agencies, and ultimately get employers the talent they need. You’ll also help Nigerians who have returned from Europe to find work.

- More candidates. You will get access to hundreds of pre-vetted, highly skilled Nigerian candidates from the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) sectors.
- Payments and subsidies. We will subsidise up to 75% of the personnel costs you incur in supporting their journey.
- Access to International Opportunities. Participation enables the agency to establish connections with employers, governments, and institutions in Ireland and Germany. These networks can be leveraged to create additional job placement pipelines for Nigerian talent beyond the SUSTAIN project.
