LearnHub is Seefar’s app-based learning platform for returning Overseas Filipino Workers — with 4,179 downloads, 345 active learners, and real outcomes including 32% of previously unemployed users finding jobs and 38% reporting an income increase after completing courses.
The A2R project is digitising legal access for refugees and host communities in Jordan — archiving over 5 million civil documents, deploying an online ticketing system across 28 CSPD offices, and reaching 2 million people through the Jesr legal information platform, with an estimated $4.7 million in annual government savings.
Implemented in Senegal and Niger, INFORMA delivered 3,263 personalised counselling sessions and connected 1,946 individuals to local job and training opportunities — reducing irregular migration as a top priority from 58% to just 2.2% among consultees within three weeks.
The LACE project delivered 7,185 individual counselling sessions, trained 119 educators reaching 4,400 students, and achieved 8 million social media engagements across Nigeria, Niger, and Tunisia — with 69% of beneficiaries disengaging from irregular migration after consultation.
Implemented across five countries along the Eastern Mediterranean and Western Balkans Routes, Pathways delivered 11,298 remote counselling sessions and reached 37 million people via social media — with 78% of consultees abandoning irregular migration plans and producing a landmark Compendium of Social Media Guidelines for Migration Communications.
From 2022 to 2024, Seefar delivered personalised migration counselling to Afghan and Iranian men in transit through Turkey, and ran the LIFT livelihoods programme for 258 returnees in Kabul — with 67% of consultees abandoning irregular migration plans and 41% of graduates gaining income within three months.
In 2023, Seefar implemented a five-month feminist foreign policy campaign in Nigeria and Pakistan combining teacher training, individual counselling, CSO capacity building, and digital outreach — reaching over 10 million people and helping 36% of consultees abandon plans for irregular migration.
